Product Information

  • Laser 40mm Mainsheet Ratchet Block

The Laser mainsheet ratchet block is the main block which takes the pressure of your mainsheet. This product is a smaller than standard 40mm Harken Carbo Ratchet block which allows you as the sailor to hand-hold the loaded rope and offer balance between holding power and controlled easing.

Although the 57mm ratchet block is provided as standard many sailors prefer the 40mm when using 6mm mainsheet rope, it also has the added advantage of other ropes not getting caught in the ratchet block while racing.

This block has an on/off switch so the ratchet can quickly be turned off when not needed.

    Specification

    • Sheave diameter - 40mm
    • Maximum line diameter - 10mm
    • Maximum working load - 136kg
