I'm so happy with my new laser. I had a nightmare trying to get hold of Laser Performance and was tearing my hair out because I just wanted a price for a new boat that was ready to sail. Andrew knows his stuff and helped me choose the right package and delivered my boat in less than two weeks. He arrived at the yard, helped me set everything up and explained all the rigging and fancy bits. I was out on the lake an hour later.

I ordered the dinghy package in June and it arrived in July, driven all the way up from Essex to the north of England. Steve who delivered it stayed for over 3 hours to help set up the Laser (and one other) and was friendly and relaxed and careful to make sure we were happy with everything before he left. The service from Jason in the office was also excellent. He was immediately ready to answer any questions I had and sort out any issues. All in all, I highly recommend doing business with the Sailing Chandlery. They are easy to contact and go out of their way to give you the best deal. I'm very happy with the boat!
