In this blog post, we'll guide you through all of our delivery and shipping choices available to our customers, explain the associated costs, and outline what you can expect when placing an order with us.
We strive to keep our delivery charges low as possible, passing these costs directly to you without adding extra margins. Our product prices are already highly competitive, and we believe delivery shouldn't be a hidden cost that surprises you at checkout.
That's why we've structured our delivery pricing transparently, with options to suit every need - whether you're placing a small order or buying large sailing equipment.
For the majority of items we sell, we offer free UK Standard delivery on orders over £95. This is a great way to save if you're purchasing multiple items or investing in key sailing equipment.
Please note: This free delivery option does not apply to larger items that can't be sent through standard postal services.

We know how frustrating it can be to wait days before your order even leaves the warehouse. That's why we aim to dispatch all orders placed by midday on the same working day.
This means, if you order in the morning, we'll ensure your items are packed and shipped out that very afternoon.
It's important to note that dispatch times may vary if an item has a specific lead time, but we make sure to clearly state this information on the product page.
We also do not ship orders over the weekend, or on bank holidays, so any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available working day.
We offer several shipping methods across the UK to give you flexibility depending on how soon you need your items:

For items like boats, trolleys, and trailers, standard courier services are not an option.
These items are simply too large and require either collection in person, or delivery through our dedicated Sailing Chandlery van service.
If you're interested in having one of these larger items delivered, we are happy to provide a custom delivery quote.
All we need is your postcode, and we'll calculate a delivery cost based on your location. Please be aware that boats, trolleys and trailers can only be delivered within the UK.
Unfortunately we are unable to arrange international shippings for these large items.

For European orders, the shipping costs are as follows:
For destinations outside Europe, we use DHL International Shipping. The cost for this starts at £75, with the final price dependent on the weight and dimensions of your order.
If you're ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
