We are pleased to announce that Sailing Chandlery are now offering a rope splicing service to our customers.
Although we've been offering this to many customers since we launched we've also kept it quiet due to lack of time to complete the tasks. In 2017 we've hired new staff members who are now fully up to speed and can help provide rope splicing and tapering to our customers.
Rope splicing services available:
Along with the splicing we are also able to provide a number of different shackles spliced onto the ropes so they are ready to go.
Please do allow us a couple of working days to get your rope out the door.

Really good selection of rope sizes, delivered speedily. Great idea to put the offcuts to good use. Caused a few laughs when people realised what I'd ordered ;-)
The sales team were quick responding to our questions, dispatched to us promptly, and the product is a perfect replacement for our old tiller which ended up at the bottom of a lake!

You do need to squeeze to get liquid out. Which is so much better. Don’t lose liquid etc.

Currently 2 weeks into an Eastern Mediterranean trip with these shoes. Grip is great and they drain really well. Comfort is brilliant… as long as you take the right size. I followed the measurement guidelines and they work well. Highly recommend shoe!

I bought the burgee and clip for a Hartley 12 and found downwind sailing much easier single handed. The clip came with the screws so it was a 10 minute job including dropping the mast. Website worked well again and the items were delivered quickly so a good job all round.
