Introducing the Devoti 3D foiler the new entry level foiling dinghy from Devoti which can sail in three modes/dimensions - Displacement, Skimming or Foiling.
Weighing only 39kgs this dinghy can be launched from the beach or ramp.
The Devoti 3D has been designed by leading designer Hugh Welbourn, in conjunction with Olympic Silver medalist, Luca Devoti, the prototype was first unveiled at Foiling Week 2025 at Lake Garda, where some initial test sailing was undertaken.
Since then Devoti have been testing the Devoti 3D foiler with a 23yr old ILCA sailor in control, revealing a very promising performance. The 3D foiler gets out of the water is lower wind and also handles chop and larger sea states with ease.

The Devoti 3D design is similar to the AC75 which allows the boat to sail in three modes/dimensions - Displacement, Skimming or Foiling - hence the name "3D".
Testing has shown that in rough seas the bustle kicks in to assist the hull to get through a confused sea-state, and also in take-off as with the bigger America's Cup boats.
The rudder can bought up and down and the sail is hoisted/lowered with a halyard and into a mast track.
This set up means that the sailor can lower the sail before coming ashore reducing the change of issues in stronger winds and sea states.
The Devoti 3D comes with a two piece carbon mast and carbon boom which all fit inside the 3D foiler ensuring easy trailing, or roof-topping for the sailor.

Cover arrived after three days and is well made and completely covers the boat boom up . The straps and clips all work fine. Good product.
My local chandlery were unable to supply a white inspection hatch and so it was amatter of looking online. Sailing Chandlery had the cover I needed in stock at a good price and delivery. I had never used them before but the service I received was excellent with the delivery on time and the hatch is now fitted.
