This month marks the 10th anniversary of starting what was then Dinghy Rope.
Back in 2012 a chap called John from Middlesex bought a spool of Marlow No 4 Whipping Twine from us on Ebay which started the business with our first sale.
Originally named Dinghy Rope we rebranded to Sailing Chandlery in 2018. The new name better explained what we did and allowed for us to continue to grow our stock into other areas away from just rope.
It all started with one order from Marlow Ropes, a few reels and some popular accessories.
There has always been one key mission behind the business which remains true today, to get your sailing kit to you quickly. I originally founded the business out of frustration for ordering items on a Sunday and them not being delivered ahead of the next weekend to go sailing. We want to see you back on the water doing what you love quickly.

Nice-looking bung, all in one piece. No more looking for the bung when you have let it drain from the last time, and bought this to create a second drain socket in my Solo.
They have good paddings
It fits exactly fine to laser pico. Straps are very usefull. Hole at the back helps you store your upper mast easily under the cover. Looks very durable. Delivery was very fast. Thanks

You do need to squeeze to get liquid out. Which is so much better. Don’t lose liquid etc.
