Sailing watches are a very helpful tool to have when on the water. They can be used as a count down timers before a race start or just a large clock on deck or can be attached to the mast or boom.
The OS series 3 watch is one of if not the most popular sailing watches. The large display with clear to read numbers allows the watch to be read from across the boat. The elasticated strap let you mount it on the boom or mast without needing any tools or mounting brackets.
The key reason this watch is used for sailing is for the count down timer. The large display and large easy to use buttons are great for use with gloves or cold hands. The loud countdown sound lets you know each minute and count down to go.

The series 11 watch is less expensive than the big sailing watch and still packs many of the great features of the larger watch in this smaller package. Can be worn for every day and on the water. With the same range of countdown pre-sets as the bigger watch in a small and more compact package.
We also have the new Series 15 watch from Optimum time this watch has been a very popular watch since its launch. An increase in screen size over the series 11 makes it easier to read when sailing. This watch uses the tried and tested chips and components as the very popular series 3 watches. The introduction of the strong mineral glass face and a removable strap make this a step up from the series 11 watches.

Cover arrived after three days and is well made and completely covers the boat boom up . The straps and clips all work fine. Good product.
My local chandlery were unable to supply a white inspection hatch and so it was amatter of looking online. Sailing Chandlery had the cover I needed in stock at a good price and delivery. I had never used them before but the service I received was excellent with the delivery on time and the hatch is now fitted.
