We’re established and are growing fast. Now we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take our online presence to the next level. This is your chance to make a real impact in a tight-knit company that values autonomy, creativity and most of all results.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the captain of our digital growth strategy. Your mission is to increase website traffic, boost online sales, and engage the sailing community through data-driven marketing.
✅ Growing revenue – Increase e-commerce sales by 30%+ YoY through digital campaigns.
✅ Optimising SEO – Make sure we rank #1 when sailors search for the our target keywords.
✅ Scaling paid ads – Manage and deliver high-ROI Google Shopping, Meta, and YouTube ads.
✅ Email marketing & automation – Engage and retain customers with smart campaigns.
✅ Social media & community building – Grow our audience and create engaging content.
✅ Content strategy – Produce quality blog posts, guides, and videos to fuel organic traffic.
✅ Analytics & reporting – Track KPIs and continuously optimise performance.
If you like to be hands-on and thrive on growth, engagement, and ROI-driven marketing, this role is for you.
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:
✅ 3+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce.
✅ Proven hands-on experience with SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing, and social media.
✅ Hands-on skills with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo (or similar CRM), Shopify, and ad platforms.
✅ A strong data-driven mindset – you love testing, tracking, learning and tweaking campaigns for better results.
✅ A creative edge – you know how to craft engaging messaging, content and campaigns.
✅ A passion for sailing, watersports, or outdoor adventure (or at least a willingness to learn!).
✅ An eye for detail - you effectively proofread and hold your own work to high standards.
✅ A self-starter attitude – you love taking ownership, working autonomously and let your results do the talking.
