Zhik Junior Sailing Clothing

Over the past few months Zhik have launched their new kids sailing clothing range.

The new wetsuit range includes a steamer, long john wetsuit, shortie wetsuit and also ¾ hikers with pads build into the wetsuit.

Zhik have also launched two new sailing tops, a smock and also a neoprene top they’re calling the Neo Sailing Top.

We’re pleased to say that we now have all of these items in stock and ready to ship to you. Perfect timing for the sailing season just starting. Check out our Zhik Juniors page.

As well as the new items we also have the existing kids items such as the Hydrophobic Fleece top.

Zhik took a totally different approach to designing and making the new juniors range. Usually they go all out to create the best possible product and then add the price tag. As we know kids all grow so quickly so the items are likely to have a short period of use, so price was key this time.

The Zhik design team were set a target price and they had to create a product which would match. Taking some ideas and features from the proven and tested adults range the following products have emerged from the factory:

One of the highlight products from our point of view is the Sailing Smock. It’s neoprene neck and wrist seals will help to keep your little one dry and warm. The draw string helps to keep heat in too preventing water from rushing up inside.

Below are some photos of the products, watch this space for more news on the Zhik junior range soon. If you have any questions in the mean time then please feel free to get in touch.
