We've been selling Harken sailing equipment for a few years now and are constanly expanding the range. Every time we order with Harken we tend to add something new based on your feedback.
In this post we're going to run through an overview of the items available.
Dinghy Rope currently stock the 3 most popular Harken Cleats, the 150, 365 and 468 (micro). Between these they can take on most jobs on your sailing boat.
The Harken 468 cleat is smaller than the others and tends to be used for control lines. The 150 and 365 cleats are used for larger items such as jib sheet and mainsheet cleating. The 365 is made from plastic and the 150 cleat is made from aluminium.
The Harken cleats also come with a range of accessories which you can fit yourself, or either come connected to the cleats to complement them. For example a swivel base with cams and the cleat.
The accessories you can fit include eyestraps, risers, wedges, fairleads and bases.

At the time of writing we have 57 different types of Harken block listed on our website, everything from a small 16mm pulley through to catamaran 10:1 mainsheet systems.
Harken Pulleys come in metal or composite materials and can be used on many applications across your sailing boat. Although the block sides are made from composite material the sheaves are made from a hardcoat-anodised material for strength. We have cheek blocks, normal blocks, blocks with becketts, crew blocks, ratchet blocks, tie on blocks and loads more, too many to mention.
The standard sizes for Harken pulleys are:
The 75mm are less popular for the dinghy sailing market but we do stock one type just incase.
To complement the blocks we also have springs and bases which help your pulley stand up in the right place making it easier to sheet in and out.
If you have any questions over which type of block to use for your boat then just give us a call, we are always happy to advise.

We have stamped, bow, shallow bow, long, D, twist and halyard shackles in stock.
Our most popular shackles tend to be the 4mm and 5mm range which are mainly used on dinghies.
