Zhik 470 Sailing Boots - 2mm Neoprene

Zhik 470 sailing boots are the new model of the Zhik 460 sailing boot which has been popular for years based on its light weight design and feel the boot provides within the boat, or on the wire.

The Zhik 470 sailing boot is made from 2mm neoprene making it really light and quick drying.

Zhik have added even more grip to their already fantastic sailing boot grip and have changed the fit for a more moulded grip onto your feet. This now provides more support with the lace system being on the outside of the boot. There is even a neat little hole within the strap to tuck the excess laces away while done up.

- The lightest high cut supportive Zhik boot in the range designed for high intensity, high activity sailing. Popular with all foiling classes and trapeze sailors
- Quick drying with fast drainage
- Even better grip with an optimised rubber compound, and new moulded sole
- The thinner materials used on this boot allow you to feel the boat dynamics much more 2mm neoprene and 1mm rubber. Due to the lightweight construction of the boot we would not recommend using for hiking
- New quick lock lacing system makes it easy to put on and take off
- Improved ankle strap design removes bulk but retains support
- Superior Zhik fit is achieved by moulding the boot on Zhik’s unique ergonomic lasts. This gives you a firm + close fit with more comfort, and reduced chafe

Sizing and Fitting Guide

Please take the time to measure your feet for the Zhik 470 sailing boots as we find a large majority of customers return the boots because they are too small.
1. Place your foot on the ground with your heel against the wall
2. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe in mm
3. Do this with both feet and use the measurement of the longest foot to find the correct size
4. Add approx. 20mm to the measurement taken
5. Use Japan (mm) measurements on the size guide to find your size. Go up to the next size if you are between sizes

Fab book well made do the job and they look pretty cool too. Normally I am an 8.5 so originally sized up to a 9 and went directly through Zhiki but couldn’t get my foot anywhere nearly in…. I went on to YouTube and found a size review by sailingchandlery so went straight to their site sized up and ordered great service standard delivery was 7days felt a little long but worth the wait. I went for a size 10 they fit perfectly even with some seal socks on 👌🏻

Delivery and Costs

We try to treat delivery as a pass through cost and keep the cost to you as low as possible, on top of our already competitive product prices.

We offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £95 and includes most items. This does not include boats, trolleys, masts, booms, rig packages and large items which can't be sent via standard mail.

Any order placed by midday will leave us the same working day unless there is a lead time which we detail on the product page. We do not ship over the weekend or on bank holidays.

What is the quantity for ropes?

We sell rope by the metre, the quantity is in metres. If you order 5 items you will receive one 5 metre continuous length of that specific rope.
