Laser 1 Boat Cover - PVC - Grey

I use a higher quality breathable cover in the dinghy park, allowing the sails and equipment to dry. This cover is waterproof PVC, the straps are a bit too short to fit around the trolley, so you have to thread them through close to the hull. The fit of the cover is not as good as more upmarket covers and there is no padding around the edges. But it's great for keeping leaves, bird droppings the rain out whilst the boat sits unused in the garden over the winter. Come spring she will be back in the dinghy park with spars and sails tucked underneath a nice breathable fitted cover again.

Perfect replacement cover for our Laser. Good that it comes with a 5 year guarantee too.

I ordered the cover to replace a breathable one from Rooster that split at the corners after only 3years .It arrived after just 2 days
The material seems robust and well made and Sailing Chandlery obviously have faith in the product as it comes with a 5 year guarantee . The fit is looser than on the Rooster one which is a good thing as it is easier to put on and doesn't strain the corners . My only slight quibble is that the middle strap is too short to go under the trolley' which makes it necessary to pass it between the boat and the trolley which is a bit fiddly and less secure
